Each day at Bar Down Lax Camp will follow a similar schedule:

  • When the players arrive, we will check attendance and gear to make sure every player is ready for the day.

  • We will have a morning huddle to discuss the drills and activities for the day, and then get into a quick stretch.

  • Drills will then begin and go until lunch at 11:00 a.m., with occasional water breaks in between drills. Please provide a sack lunch, sun screen and plenty of water for your player!

  • Post lunch, we will dedicate the remaining time to fun games/scrimmages to put the players' new skills into game-like situations.

  • Pick up at 12:00 p.m.
